All services are provided based on agreed project scope, proposals, or contracts.

3. Quotes & Payments

All quotes are valid for a limited period (typically 7–14 days unless stated otherwise).

• A deposit may be required before work begins.

• Full payment terms will be outlined in your invoice or proposal.

• Work may be paused or withheld if payments are overdue.

Late payments may result in delays or suspension of services.

4. Project Timelines

Project timelines are estimates unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Delays caused by client feedback, missing content, or approvals may extend delivery time.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party services (e.g. hosting, plugins, platforms).

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide required content (text, images, branding) on time

• Ensure all submitted content is legally owned or licensed

• Review and approve work in a timely manner

• Communicate clearly during the project

Delays in client input may affect delivery timelines.

6. Revisions

Revision rounds are limited and defined in your project scope

• Additional revisions outside the scope may incur extra charges

• Major changes after approval may be treated as new work

7. Intellectual Property

Once full payment is received, ownership of the final website design is transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed.

• We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing.

• We may reuse non-confidential design elements, concepts, or code frameworks.

8. Refund Policy

Deposits are generally non-refundable once work has started

• Refunds are not issued for completed or partially completed work

• If a project is cancelled, payment is required for work already completed

Each case may be reviewed individually at our discretion.

9. Third-Party Services

We may use or integrate third-party services such as:

• Hosting providers

• Payment gateways

• Analytics tools

• Plugins or software platforms

We are not responsible for the performance, downtime, or policies of third-party services.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Loss of business, revenue, or profits

• Website downtime or technical issues beyond our control

• Errors caused by third-party systems or client modifications

• Security breaches caused by external factors

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

11. Website Use

You agree not to:

• Use our website for unlawful purposes

• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage our systems

• Copy or reproduce content without permission

12. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse service to any client

• Terminate a project if terms are violated

• Suspend access to services for non-payment or misuse
